Mechanical trunk shaker harvesting almonds in a California orchard

Precision Shaking

Two purpose-built shakers. Millisecond-level shake control. Up to 90 acres harvested per day. Shook on your time.

Precision That Protects Your Trees and Your Yield

Shaking is the most critical step in the harvest — done right, it drops the crop clean and leaves the tree healthy for next season. Done wrong, it could cost your yield, growth, or your tree's life.

At Full Bloom Harvesting, we run two late-model shakers equipped with software that controls shake time down to the millisecond and power output down to the percent. That precision lets us shake in the 1.5–3 second range — shorter than industry standard — while achieving the same or better crop removal. Less time on the trunk means less stress on your trees. Equipped with industry leading nylatron shake pads, you can be sure your trees will remain safe, healthy, and productive for years to come.

Coe S7-R

The Coe S7-R is a proven, high-capacity shaker built for the demands of large almond and walnut operations. Operating on EShake software, saved profiles deliver a precise shake to each tree, providing only the necessary energy to remove the crop—nothing more, nothing less. The result is consistent crop removal with minimal tree stress, row after row, field after field, day after day.

OMC Shockwave

The 2026 OMC Shockwave is our newest machine, a side-mount class shaker equipped with Tree Seeker Phase One and VariableShake software. Tree Seeker precisely controls the duration and energy of each shake, reducing exposure to barking, shortening shake time, improving fuel efficiency, and lowering carbon footprint. A 94 cc motor reaches target shake RPM quicker, shortening time on the tree. Power output and duration are dialed in per action rather than set at the highest level required, which lowers average RPMs. Finally, industry-tested nylatron pads create more trunk contact, greatly reducing barking instances.

Rotational Assembly

The heart of the beast.

The rotational assembly is the heart of the shaker head, creating the high-frequency vibration that transfers into the tree. It consists of a rotating shaft, eccentric weights, bearings, and the drive components that work together to produce and control this vibration. The belt spins the assembly at two different points-top and bottom. The offset weights spin at high Rpm's, creating an imbalance that generates the shaking force. The bearings, torqued to 800-foot pounds, support the rotating shaft and allow it to spin smoothly while handling the constant load and vibration. Every component must work together precisely to create efficient, safe, and successful shakes. Proper balance, alignment, lubrication, and belt tension are critical to efficient shaking and preventing damage to the machine or tree.
